Support for Arrow Maze: Tangle Trail by Kasiga Innovations Inc.

For a game issue, include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, level number and what happened. A screenshot is helpful if you choose to share one. Please do not send passwords, verification codes or payment information.

How do I play?

Tap an arrow with a clear path out of the maze. Its tail follows every bend. Blocked taps spend one of your three hearts. Teal arrows slip when clear; gold bonuses release the next ten clear arrows. Keys open matching gates, and stones stay in place.

Dense mazes and controls

Pinch with two fingers to zoom and drag to explore. Tap the arrow's body, head or just beside it. Hold to preview the exit; lift without making a move. You can turn hold previews, animations and sound on or off in Settings. Hint, Undo, Restart and Journey are in the iPhone main menu.

Progress and advertisements

Your progress is stored on the device and is separate between the browser and iPhone versions. Reinstalling or clearing site data can remove it. The iPhone game can be played offline; advertisements require a connection. Ads appear in the menu and occasional level breaks. In the iPhone version, losing all three hearts also offers an optional Watch ad for 1 life when an ad is available. Earn one extra life once per attempt and continue the same maze; closing early gives no reward. Retry with three fresh hearts is always free. Applicable consent controls are under Privacy choices in the main menu.
